Location
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the city by the side of one of the most picturesque canals of the city of Amsterdam. Within walking distance from the hotel is the famous Leidesplein area with its numerous bars, restaurants, bistros, ‘grand cafes', shops and theatres. Europe's largest casino can also be found here in Leidseplein. The location of the hotel with Dam Square in the close quarters allows the guests to visit the major tourist spots of the city like Madame Tussauds, Koninklijk Paleis or the Royal Palace, Nieuwe Kerk or the New Church. From Schiphol Airport:
Take exit S-106 on the Amsterdam ring road. After reaching Surinameplein-roundabout, drive straight. After that take the left lane over the Kostverlorenvaart-bridge. Then turn left into Overtoom and drive straight. After reaching the
finishing point turn left, and then right. Cross the bridge, at the end of the street take a right turn into Marnixstreet. From there take the second street right, which is straight after the bridge into the Leidsekade. King Hotel is nearby
