as possible so that your reservation form is processed promptly and

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Hotel requires credit card details for confirmation. To confirm your reservation
we require a FAX (+31 20 6207277) with a credit card guarantee (Name of card
holder, Credit Card Number and Expiry Date). The credit card details are taken
just to secure your reservation. No payment is made in advance, payment is only
due on your arrival. In some cases preliminary deposit is required, usually for
group reservations and for special dates and periods, for which you will be notified
in advance.
CANCELLATION
If for any reason you need to change your travel
arrangements you should notify the HOTEL 7 days (or stated otherwise
on your reservation
confirmation) prior to the date of arrival by FAX, to avoid possible cancellation
charges. Cancellation Reference Number will be issued. In case of reservations
with a minimum period of stay cancellations will be subject to a charge of
the complete minimum stay.
